Delivery information

You will receive a track & trace code on the day of delivery. DHL does not deliver packages on Sundays and Mondays. Returning products is always free of charge. 

Please note that during holidays, such as Easter, Christmas and King's Day, delivery may take longer as no mail is delivered on these days. Please be aware that you can only order products if you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria or Germany. 

We offer five different delivery options:

  1. Shipment to invoice address; allows you to have your order delivered to your home.
  2. Home delivery not at the neighbors; with this option your package will be delivered at home, just like with the previous option. With this option, they will not give your package to the neighbors if you are unexpectedly not home.
  3. Home delivery in the evening; also with this option your package will be delivered at home, but then in the evening hours.
  4. Pick up at a DHL service point; you can fill in your postal code or city and select a DHL service point near you. You can not specify a desired day and time.
  5. Store Pick Up; you can choose to pick up your package in one of our brand stores. This can be useful when you want to try the item on immediately. When you choose this option in the payment process, you can enter your zip code to see which store is close by. It takes up to 5 working days before your order reaches the store. You will be called by an employee from the store when your package has arrived and you can pick it up.

Delivery term
We make every effort to deliver your order when you wish to receive it. you can expect your order within 1-5 working days. The delivery term depends on the country where you live. You will always receive an email with a track & trace code once your order has been sent. What if you haven't received an email yet? Check the status of your order in your account or contact our customer service.
