Make sure you attach a few clear pictures to the email, and include a description of the issue and your order number. This will give us a clear idea of your complaint. We will then contact you within 2 business days to arrive at a suitable solution. If on the basis of the picture alone we cannot reach a conclusion, we will ask you to send the product to us.
