The type of cleaning depends on how much dirt there is. We advise you to dry-clean the products as far as possible, as this is the gentlest method of cleaning. If the product is very dirty, brush it clean first or use a slightly damp cloth to remove the thickest dirt. After cleaning the product, re-impregnate and/or treat it with the correct care product.
If you’re going to use a cleaning agent, we recommend testing the effect on the material first. The best way to do this is to gently apply a small amount of the cleaning agent to a hidden area of the product. Always let wet shoes dry out before putting them on again. Never dry wet shoes on radiators; instead, stuff the shoes with old newspapers to absorb moisture from inside.
